Shailendra Dubey is the Co-Founder of PlanMyEstate Advisors LLP, a specialised advisory practice dedicated to Estate Planning, Succession Strategy, and Family Governance. With a distinguished career spanning more than two decades, he is widely regarded as one of India’s foremost experts in guiding families and business houses through complex inheritance, governance, and legacy-management decisions. In recognition of his professional achievements and contributions to the estate planning landscape in India, Shailendra was honoured as one of the “Times Leading Icons 2021” by the Times Group, acknowledging his excellence in Estate and Succession Planning.

Shailendra has extensively advised prominent Indian business families, high-net-worth individuals, and multi-generational enterprises on matters involving family business succession, governance frameworks, will structuring, trust formation, asset transition, and long-term legacy preservation. His advisory approach is grounded in a deep understanding of both financial structures and inter-generational family dynamics, enabling clients to achieve clarity, continuity, and compliance in their estate decisions. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management (BBA) from Devi Ahilya University, Indore, and is a certified Chartered Trust and Estate Planner (CTEP) from the American Academy of Financial Management, reflecting his advanced expertise in global estate and trust standards. Prior to establishing Plan My Estate, Shailendra served in leadership and advisory capacities at several respected financial institutions, including ICICI Bank, Aditya Birla Mutual Fund, Tata Asset Management, Reliance Capital Asset Management, and Universal Trustees, where he played a pivotal role in wealth management, fiduciary services, and estate administration. An active contributor to industry knowledge, Shailendra regularly authors thought-leadership articles for Moneycontrol, conducts specialised seminars, workshops, and training sessions, and produces educational content to enhance public understanding of estate and succession planning in India.

Ravi Dole

Mr. Ravi Dole is a Chartered Accountant with over 35 years of experience advising business families, entrepreneurs, and individual clients in India and overseas. For more than two decades, he has devoted his practice exclusively to estate planning and succession advisory, guiding families through the legal, financial, and interpersonal complexities of managing and transitioning wealth across generations. Ravi’s career spans senior roles in corporate finance and strategic consulting, including leadership positions at Commerzbank, PwC India (Coopers & Lybrand) and specialized boutique advisory firms. This background equips him with a distinctive combination of technical financial acumen and strategic insight, which he brings to bear in every estate and succession engagement.
